Group Pilates classes

I am currently relocating to Cornwall.

I still teach one to one online and have a group session on Thursday evenings at 6.30pm.

 
Nancy’s classes are great fun without losing sight of the benefits of a Pilates regime. I wish I had started earlier.

£10 zoom group session

What is Pilates? Pilates is based on the teaching of Joseph Pilates, who built up a body of exercises during World War I that has been adapted over the years to form modern-day Pilates. Emphasizing the connection between physical and mental health, the Principles of Pilates are: concentration, control, core stability, breathing, precision, stamina, flow and relaxation. Each exercise guides you to gradually develop your body awareness, increase your strength, muscle tone and flexibility, and improve your posture, joint mobility and co-ordination.

I have grown three quarters of an inch since my pilates sessions with Nancy because my posture has improved leaps and bounds. Also a marked progression in my running style and stamina.
